The situation of the spread of COVID-19 which has almost reached all provinces in Indonesia with the
number of cases and/or the number of deaths increasing. In Dharmasraya Regency, the number of
confirmed cases was 804 cases until November 2021, the addition of confirmed COVID-19 cases and a
significant increase of 2,628 cases with 72 deaths. The purpose of this study was to analyze cases and
vaccinations against the incidence of COVID-19 in the working area of the puskesmas in Dharmasraya
Regency. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The research
sample was 100 respondents in Dharmasraya Regency. To find out the factors that influence the
incidence of COVID-19, an analysis was carried out using the chis-quare test with a 95% confidence
degree. The results showed that more than half of the respondents, 56 respondents (56%) had been
vaccinated, 58 respondents (58%) had comorbid diseases, 61 respondents (61%) had a history of
COVID-19. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between vaccines
(p=0.016), comorbid diseases (p=0.037) and a history of covid-19 (p=0.0005) with the incidence of
covid-19 in Dharmasraya Regency. It is hoped that it can provide information about the importance of
paying attention to the problems of increasing the incidence of COVID-19 in the working area of the
Puskesmas in Dharmasraya Regency.
