Abstract :
LGBT stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. It was found since the 1990s. There are 22 countries
legalizing same-sex marriages, and 204 countries have been de facto recognized by United Nations to legalize
same-sex marriages in all regions of the country. This research was a qualitative design with a
phenomenological approach. It was conducted in February 2018. By using the snowball sampling technique, 16
participants had been used as the samples. The data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of
the analysis explored the LGBT behavioral factors from four viewpoints. They were religion, law, health,
psychology and society. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that LGBT is deviant
behavior and harmful practice that violates norms and religion. Moreover, it is recognized that LGBT factors
include the environment, family, sexual and biological violence caused by hormones tester on and
progesterone. Religion, law, health, psychology and society refuse LGBT legalization of the Law on same-sex
marriage in Indonesia, and no law exists on LGBT. LGBT also a sexual disorder, but it is not a mental disorder
or disease. An LGBT person can be cured if they have intention and encouragement. The Criminal Code does
not consider homosexual or LGBT is a criminal offense during other more specific violations of law.
